Ingredients & supplies needed:
* 3% hydrogen peroxide
* natural baking soda
* Q-tip
1) Add the baking soda a little at a time into the hydrogen peroxide until you’ve got a thick paste.
2) Dip the Q-tip into your homemade teeth whitening paste and apply it to your teeth. Try not to get much on your gums.
3) Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes. To accelerate the process, you could shine a blacklight on your teeth.
